Been inspired?
All trainers love receiving their feedback forms at the end of a course. There may be some trepidation if the course hasn't quite gone to plan - some gremlins in the laptop, perhaps - but on the whole, if the trainer is confident in their abilities, and has listened to learners' needs, then there's nothing to fear.
But if you've ever felt that the training was so good that a tick in the 'strongly agree' box wasn't quite enough, you can now deliver your feedback in a much grander way: via the STAR Awards.
These awards recognise trainers, tutors, support workers and others who have really gone out of their way to inspire and support learners. Categories include the Learner's Choice Award and Outstanding Work with an Employer.
