Blogged On and Ready To Go!

Lots going on here at First Oracle, and so there hasn't been a lot of time to blog. So I've slapped my wrist and vowed to make this a mandatory daily event! So that's told me!

Our work on Work-Life Balance training and awareness continues - we ran a well-received WLB seminar on the 24th which highlighted some interesting issues relating to the practicalities of implementing a scheme, as well as how the prejudices of managers about WLB in an organisation can make staff requests a bit of a lottery.

Also, the website is undergoing some changes behind the scenes to improve its navigation and usability. We hope to have those in place by the end of the month.
